Leading Edge's big oven measures 50' (15.2m) x 11.5' (3.5m) x 8' (2.4m).

The LEA autoclave, also on site, offers dimensions of 21' (6.4m) x 5' (1.5m)

With three ovens, including our 50’ oven, tool size or

scheduling are never an issue. And rest assured the
same LEA Team that’s overseeing your laser inspection
or CNC is also supervising the all-important curing
process.

Autoclave

Manufacturing high-performance aerospace components
from advanced composites often requires the
combination of elevated temperature and pressure found
only with autoclave processing. Meanwhile, to ensure
precision, our 21’ autoclave collects and analyzes data for
every tool, while our off-site access to a 50' autoclave is the
solution when both pressure and size matter.

Out-Of-Autoclave

The future is back in the oven.

We wouldn’t be living up to our name if we weren’t already
in production with Out-Of-Autoclave processes, or OOA, curing.
With the potential of less time, less cost, no size limits, and
autoclave quality, Leading Edge Aerospace is not just interested,
but involved.

Processing large tools is no problem with our off-site and convenient access to a 50'
autoclave.
